Elizabeth Esarove is a data scientist at AT&T. She is a member of the People Analytics team which focuses on embedding analytics into the root of decision-making and transforming insights into actionable solutions that improve employee outcomes and drive business value. She is passionate about teaching analytics skills and leads the HR Analytics and Data Science community for Human Resources professionals at AT&T. She earned her M.S. in Data Science from Northwestern University and B.S. in Business Administration from University of South Florida. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, photography, baking, and exercising.
