Harvey is an associate director of data science at Novartis where he specializes in developing automated solutions and analysis frameworks in R and Python. In addition, Harvey is part of the R/Pharma group that organizes conferences, workshops and face-to-face meetings built around the use of R and other open source technologies in the Pharma industry. In his spare time he chauffeurs his kids around and can be found tinkering with hobby electronics and learning Go (the language, not the game).
