I joined Nebraska Methodist Health System as a Data Science Intern - the first dedicated 'data' hire the system had made. Moving departments from manual excel processes to automated R scripts and HTML dashboards gave me enough momentum in the organization to grow the team to a few Data Scientist doing similar work. We've now grown to a team of 5, supporting the health system in everything from automation and BI to Data Science and AI.
